Lost 15lbs since the start of the year, down to 245. Gonna keep going down to 23

Lost 15lbs since the start of the year, down to 245. Gonna keep going down to 230 or maybe 220. Just want to get to 15% body fat and then bulk back up and try to get past 250 at 15% BF.
