My โ€œwordโ€ for 2019. Iโ€™ve thought long and hard about this word. This word that everyone seems to be coming up with as their โ€œtheme for 2019โ€. Thereโ€™s a lot of power in a word... they move us, hurt us, give us the ability to communicate, empower us. . This word needed to have a lot of meaning behind it for me. Why? Well, this journey Iโ€™m on means everything. . This year, everything Iโ€™ve worked for will come to fruition. Some milestones are coming. This year I will turn 30. This year I will hit my goal weight. This year I will be the strongest, healthiest, happiest Iโ€™ve ever been. . Thatโ€™s why I chose ASPIRE. First time cooking chicken in the instant pot! Super easy and all I had to do was dump frozen chicken, some water and some spices and leave it alone for 25 minutes while I got some other chores done. Iโ€™m all about easy and fast meal prep. Especially when I procrastinate until Sunday night ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ. Iโ€™ll be trying more adventurous meals in my instant pot soon (: I also have rice and green beans in there (Iโ€™ll be adding 1/4 of an avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ for my fats), all measured to fit my macros.
