Someone turned 10 at my house last week and I might have gone a bit overboard in making a 5 layer unicorn cake! I used a funfetti like cake recipe from @preppykitchen, lots of baking supplies from @wiltoncakes, and a decorating tutorial from @rosannapansino. I got the new @food52 cookbook this weekend “Mighty Salads” over the weekend and made my first salad from it on Sunday night. This is an asparagus salad with burrata, radish, pea shoots, and cucumber. The recipe called for shaving the asparagus but my stalks were kind of thin so I diced them instead and also used daikon radishes in place of red ones since that’s what I had. The salad is great balancing out the rich burrata with fresh vegetables. #dinner#homecooking#yum#instafood#saladfordinner#f52grams#f52shades
