It snowed all day yesterday and this morning I woke up to see Mosjøen transformed into a winter wonderland ❄️☃️🎄❄️This town is the prettiest, and the more I see of it the more I 😍 💕 But tomorrow I’m off somewhere new - Senja! Crossing all my fingers and toes that we’ll have some clear skies this weekend for a chance at spotting the Northern Lights 🌌✨Have you ever seen the aurora?

Mount Fuji in autumn is my fave 🗻🍁🍂 #visitjapanjp#enjoymyjapan You know what else is my fave? Winter in Norway! And exciting news: on Friday I’ll be moving up to Northern Norway - for good! I’m super excited to have a new region of Norway to explore, and since winter is my favorite season it seems like the perfect time to move ❄️☃️Now I just need to pack up all my things and make that 15 hour drive north. Wish me luck 😅

Any glamping fans here? I’ve stayed in some pretty cute accommodation over the years, but I think this tent in Japan takes the cake! The best part? It’s not too far from some epic views of Mt Fuji, and in easy access from Tokyo, so you can take a short little trip here for some glamping fun + Fuji views 🏕🗻💕 Perfect, right? I sure thought so 😊 #ufufuvillage#visitjapanjp#enjoymyjapan

Autumn might just be my favorite season in Japan - I mean these colors! I loved getting this last dose of color before the white Norwegian winter sets in, and I was so pleased when the clouds parted to let me see Mt Fuji! Have you seen Mt Fuji in real life? #visitjapanjp#enjoymyjapan

Who here has been to Trondheim? Trondheim was the first place I moved to in Norway (over three years ago now!) and for some reason autumn always makes me feel a bit nostalgic for the city. I love autumn in the mountains, but it’s pretty special in Norwegian cities too 🍁🍂🎃

Brrr Norway is starting to get cold! ❄️ I'm super excited for this winter (I've already stocked up on hot cocoa mix) but I'm trying to enjoy the last bit of autumn with some mountain hikes before the snow sets in. What are you up to this weekend?

[Annonse] Going out everyday to explore the rainforest in Guyana was so incredible, but I also loved returning to our lodge each evening to relax in my hammock - and tend to my blisters! And no one knows better than this former ballerina how much more effective blister plasters are than regular bandaids. I've been treating my blisters with Compeed, which not only dampens the pain but also helps the blisters heal much more quickly. #compeed#unstoppable

I was totally melting in the rainforest but kept forcing myself to take a step back and enjoy this last bit of heat before returning to Norway. And in the end I grew to enjoy Guyana's heat 🇬🇾🌴😅How about you - would you rather live in extreme heat or extreme cold, if you had to choose? #discoverguyana

Don’t mind us, we’re just creeping on a casual jaguar in the rainforest! 🐆🙊 Not that I need to give you more reasons to visit Guyana, but did you know that Guyana’s national animal is the jaguar? The country is also both a bird-watcher and fisherman’s dream, though I am neither so I was still most excited about spotting a jaguar (and by spotting I mean that I vaguely saw it through some binoculars, but that still counts, right??). Where have you seen the best wildlife? #discoverguyana

The eco lodges I was staying at in Guyana’s rainforest were so remote that I had to get a flight out on a tiny 13-seater airplane that took us to this grass airstrip in Apoteri. From here I got on a boat that took me even deeper into the rainforest to Rewa Lodge. By the end of the journey I truly felt like I had made it to a magical, untouched jungle! 🌴🐍🐒 How do you feel about taking flights in tiny airplanes? I love that they fly low enough for amazing views, but I have to admit they freak me out a little bit as well. I always have to distract myself with music so that I don’t think too much about it. ✈️🙈🎶 #discoverguyana#transguyanaairways

I just got back from 8 days in Guyana’s rainforest - I think it’s the longest I’ve gone without Internet or a hot shower in years! But it was so much fun, and I got to stay in some truly special eco lodges run by the local Amerindians. The first lodge I stayed at was Rewa Lodge, where I spent my days fishing, hiking, and hanging out in this adorable bungalow. What do you think - would you be up for a week off the grid in the rainforest? 🐆🌴🕷🚣‍♀️🎣 @discoverguyana#discoverguyana
