NUMBA ONE! 🔺 It’s been a hot minute since I’ve eaten a wrap and I’m so glad I decided to get one 😍😍 • This is my absolutely FAVES, with grilled chicken, pesto, lettuce, and red peppers. Honestly though, that pesto WAS BOMBBBB👏🏻🤤🤩 • NUMBA TWO🔺 • This week and the next few days to follow will be a big change for me. I’m moving out of my home from NY TOMORROW and am starting a new life in Raleigh North Carolina. • • I’ve never lived anywhere besides Staten Island, NY and it’s pretty terrifying to leave all of my best friends and everything I’ve ever known ☹️😢 • I’ll be hundreds of miles from my best friends instead of a 5-10 minute car ride. • There is a lot that is going to change for me and my future, but I’m letting myself welcome change for once . • • It’s going to be new for sure but, this is a whole new chapter I never thought I’d get to be part of. ✨✨ • Cross your fingers for me !! 🤞🏻🤞🏻😬😬

Mas vale tarde que nunca dicen no? 👉🏻Aca va... esta vez en version con salsa de dulce de leche (light obvio, ya me conocen!) y algunas frutillas que compre recién hermosisimas! ❤️. 👉🏻Tomen nota ustedes fieles que me siguen! :)❤️ y sepan, que todo lo que lean en mi blog es un invento total! nada es sacado de internet, ni de otros blogs ni de nadie! o sea que si la pifio o sale genial, es todo culpa mia! jajaja.🤪🤪. 👀 AH, fichate la foto bien de cerca, es para que veas la textura. La saque hace un rato asi que la luz ya no acompaña y es medio mala la imagen, pero... al menos morís de ricura! • RECETA: Para mini torta de 2 porciones. ✔️Molde de 16cm de diametro. ✔️165 grs de Ricotta Magra. ✔️2 cucharadas soperas de Queso Finlandia Balance. ✔️1 cucharada sopera de Queso crema descremado (tipo casancrem). ✔️1 sobre de stevia (0,8 grs.) si te gusta muy dulce suma 1 sobre mas. ✔️Ralladura de 1 limon. ✔️1 cucharada de jugo de limon. ✔️Extracto de vainilla. ✔️1/2 cucharada de té de polvo royal. ✔️1 cucharada de té de maicena. (apto celiaco). ✔️Pizca de sal. ✔️1 Huevo + 1 clara. (si queres evitar la yema hace 3 claras en total). ✔️Mezcla todos los ingredientes con minipimer hasta que este bien homogéneo. ✔️Lleva al horno medio (180 o menos) en una tortera mini, o cacharros individuales, o muffinero. o lo que quieras! Previamente engrasado!!!!! Aproximadamente 25 minutos, o hasta que el pincho salga seco en el medio. •✅Posible topping light: frutas frescas rojas como lo puse ayer o ✅mezclar 1 cucharadita de dulce de leche sin azucar con 1 cucharadita de queso crema light + 1 chorrito de leche para que te quede una "salsa mousse” de dulce de leche. Juro que se la re banca y parece full calorías y no lo es! 🙌🏻🙌🏻✅Obvio una lluviecita de almendras nunca falla.🎉🎉. . 👉🏻Hacelo y probalo que no lo vas a poder creer!!!!!😘😘.

Super convenient. ⠀ ⠀ What's your go-to breakfast for no-fuss mornings? Let me know in the comments! 👇🏻😊⠀ ⠀ Now - to my jar of goodness! ⠀ ⠀ With food allergies, I have to make sure I'm choosing the best ingredients out there. Here are my favorite #glutenfree ingredients for overnight oats:⠀ ⠀ - @justins classic peanut butter, which has dry roasted peanuts and palm oil, is certified gluten-free and vegan⠀ - @bobsredmill gluten-free rolled oats are certified gluten-free and vegan! They are my fav!⠀ - @greenvalleycreamery lactose-free plain yogurt is an excellent choice for this recipe!⠀ ⠀ dEATS 👇🏻:⠀ - 1/3 cup gluten-free oats⠀ - 1/3 cup almond milk⠀ - 1/3 cup lactose-free and/or DF yogurt⠀ - 1 tblsp gluten-free peanut butter⠀ - 1 tblsp hazelnut spread⠀ - 1 tsp chia seeds⠀ ⠀ Combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, hazelnut spread and chia seeds in the mason jar and stir to combine. Белки отдельно взбиваем до пиков. I’ve gone for an immune boosting version; o
How do you like to have your oats? . I’ve gone for an immune boosting version; of turmeric, ginger and cinnamon, cooked on the hob in water pinch of Himalayan salt with a drop of maple syrup. Then I remove from the heat and add some milk to make them thick and smooth 😋 . I’ve topped mine with caramelised sliced banana, blueberries and a drizzle of @pbfit.uk peanut butter which @aldiuk are now selling and works out half the calories as regular pb! I noticed I had some almost too ripe nanners 🍌 hanging around & had just picked up a jar of @wild_friends maple sunbutter.. & the magic freakin happened. These are little bakery style maple sunbutter chocolate chip banana muffins. & they are INCREDIBLE. 💯 the maple sunbutter gives them such a yummy twist, I can’t even explain the deliciousness. if you’re going to bake something up for a Sunday brunch, this should be it! ... Recipe: 3 ripe bananas 3 @vitalfarms eggs (flax eggs if vegan) 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract Dash of cinnamon (optional) 1/2 cup @wild_friends maple sunbutter (you can use any but butter) 1 cup almond flour 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen (optional) 1/2 cup hazelnut flour (or more almond) 1/4 cup tapioca flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 @hukitchen chocolate bar chopped Chopped walnuts (optional) ... Full cupcake liners 3/4 way full with batter. Bake at 350 for around 20 min. Keep an eye on them!
