Ab Exercises that’ll really challenge your core!!! - 🌟 Plank w/ medicine ball - keep hips tucked. I tend to arch my back which hurts my lower back, don’t make the same mistakes I did! ⭐️Mountain Climbers w/ medicine ball - same thing but with mountain climbers. Try to keep core as tight as possible so you’re body doesn’t move much 😊 🌟 Russian Twist w/ med ball - common ab exercise. I tend to slouch my lower back so I have to make sure I keep my back straight and abs engaged. ⭐️ Side Bear Crawls - keep hips tucked in so you don’t arch your lower back. For ➡️ move right hand and left leg to right. For ⬅️ move left hand and right leg to the left. I got confused going to the right for a sec if you can see in the video 😂 super fun though!! - You can do 3-4 sets of these! 30-60 seconds and/or 10-20 reps. Always be challenging yourself 😋 strong core = 很重要 very important 😆

Like with any movement, then can become too easy. ——————————————— One way to make planks harder is by performing a Plank Bodysaw. Assume the plank position, then either using your feet or using a slideboard, slide your body back and forth as shown in the video. By incorporating the sliding movement, it can place an increased demand on the anterior core musculature. Resistance band-nya beli di @tokopedia, ada 4 level "kepedasan".. band warna kuning easy, warna biru tua medium, warna merah puedeessss bener dah ahhh 🤣🤣🤣(eiiits katanya ada 4, kok cuma 3 yang disebutin? Sebenernya ada 1 lagi warna abu2 yg lbh hard lagi, disimpen dl ah, blm berani pake 😁) . Namanya juga baru nyobain ya, masih belum fasih gerakan2nya, next time mo browsing2 lagi gerakan2 lain yg bisa pake resistance band gini.
