Oh, contacts. A simple necessity for those that don't have perfect vision. However, contact wearers run into high prices because contact lenses are run by four major brands. Because prices are high, people overwear contacts to make them last longer or pay a lot of money to have enough to wear. If you are looking into a more affordable contact lenses brand, try Hubble @hubblecontacts! With Hubble, you barely have to pay a dollar a day and you have fresh contacts daily. Each month you pay $36, and you have supplies for both eyes! If you are weary about trying new contacts, sign up for Hubble online and you'll get your first box of contacts for free, just pay 2-3 dollars in shipping! Try it out, and save money! #life#simpleliving#earth#info#lovinglife#environment#news#knowledge#advice#hacks#tips#sustainability#blog#beginning#miami#healthy#contacts#eye#hubble#contactlenses#savemoney#eyes#advice

⁣⁣⁣ 💡Amid all this beauty lies mayhem. A monster young star 200,000 times brighter than our Sun is blasting powerful ultraviolet radiation & stellar winds, carving out a fantasy landscape of ridges, cavities and mountains of gas & dust. This colorful image, taken by the Hubble Space Telescope (@NASAHubble), celebrates the Earth-orbiting observatory’s 28th anniversary of viewing the heavens, giving us a window seat to the universe’s extraordinary tapestry of stellar birth and destruction. Above the distortion of Earth's atmosphere, Hubble has an unobstructed view of the universe. Scientists have used Hubble to observe the most distant stars and galaxies as well as the planets in our solar system. Hubble has taken over a million observations and provided data that astronomers have used to write more than 15,000 peer-reviewed scientific publications on a broad range of topics, from planet formation to gigantic black holes. Messier 83, also known as the Southern Pinwhell Galaxy, is a barred spiral galaxy located in the southern constellation Hydra. M83 is one of the nearest and brightest barred spirals in the sky and can be seen in 10x50 binoculars, which only reveal a patch of light with a brighter core . The central bar of the Southern Pinwheel Galaxy extends for more than a third of the galaxy's length. It may be responsible for most of the star forming activity in the core of M83 as it funnels material to the central region. Image by @nasahubble

When massive stars die at the end of their short lives, they light up the cosmos
When massive stars die at the end of their short lives, they light up the cosmos with bright, explosive bursts of light and material known as supernovae. A supernova event is incredibly energetic and intensely luminous — so much so that it forms what looks like an especially bright new star that slowly fades away over time.⠀ ⠀ The subject of this image, a spiral galaxy named NGC 4051 — about 45 million light-years from Earth — has hosted multiple supernovae in past years. The first was spotted in 1983 (SN 1983I), the second in 2003 (SN 2003ie), and the most recent in 2010 (SN 2010br).⠀ ⠀ This galaxy’s beautiful spiral structure can be seen well in this image, along with other intriguing objects (including an emission-line galaxy known as SDSS J120312.35+443045.1, visible as the bright smudge to the lower middle of the image, beneath the sweeping arm of NGC 4051). NGC 4501 sits in the southern part of a cluster of galaxies known as the Ursa Major I Cluster; this cluster is especially rich in spirals such as NGC 4051, and is a subset of the larger Virgo Supercluster, which also houses the Milky Way.⠀ ⠀ Copyright ESA/Hubble & NASA, D. THE PLANET AND THE PIPE... Now posing against our galaxy's rich starfields and nebulae, brilliant planet Jupiter shines in the night sky. Its almost overwhelming glow is near the top of the frame in this colorful telephoto portrait of the central Milky Way. Spanning about 20 degrees on the sky, the scene includes the silhouette of LDN 1773 against the starlight, also know by the popular moniker the Pipe Nebula for its apparent outline of stem and bowl. The Pipe Nebula is part of the galaxy's Ophiuchus dark cloud complex. Located at a distance of about 450 light-years, dense cores of gas and dust within are collapsing to form stars. Approaching its opposition, opposite the Sun in the sky on June 10, Jupiter is only about 36 light-minutes from planet Earth. Fans of dark markings on the sky can probably spot the Snake Nebula below and left of Jupiter's glare. #ig_milkyway#nightphotography#astrophotography#milkyway#astrophysics#nebulae#stars#nightsky#astrophotography#astronomy#space#universe#cosmos#starclusters#galaxies#stars#starcluster#milkyway#cosmos#astrophysics#nasa#hubble#spacetelescope#hubbletelescope

Follow @astronomy_addict if you want to see more. ______________ The Lagoon nebula... Gas and dust condense, beginning the process of creating new stars in this image of Messier 8, also known as the Lagoon Nebula. Located four to five thousand light-years away, in the constellation of Sagittarius (the Archer), the nebula is a giant interstellar cloud, one hundred light-years across. ⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ It boasts many large, hot stars, whose ultraviolet radiation sculpts the gas and dust into unusual shapes. Two of these giant stars illuminate the brightest part of the nebula, known as the Hourglass Nebula, a spiralling, funnel-like shape near its center. ⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ Messier 8 is one of the few star-forming nebulae visible to the unaided eye, and was discovered as long ago as 1747, although the full range of colors wasn’t visible until the advent of more powerful telescopes. The Lagoon Nebula derives its name from the wide lagoon-shaped dark lane located in the middle of the nebula that divides it into two glowing sections.⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ This image combines observations performed through three different filters (B, V, R) with the 1.5-metre Danish telescope at the ESO La Silla Observatory in Chile.⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ 💬 What do you think of this?⁣ ✨Tag someone who would love it!.⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ 🔭📷Image Credits: ESO/IDA/Danish 1.5 m/ R. The Hubble Space Telescope is a large telescope in space. NASA launched @nasahubble in April 24, 1990. Hubble is as long as a large school bus. It weighs as much as two adult elephants. Hubble travels around Earth in every 95 minutes. Hubble is named after Edwin P. Hubble, an astronomer. Earth atmosphere doesn't allow light rays to reach surface, hubble orbits around Earth and tooks pictures and send backs to Earth by using radio waves. Hubble faces toward space. It takes pictures of planets, stars and galaxies. Hubble has seen stars being born, die, galaxies that are trillions of miles away. Hubble also has seen comet pieces crash into the gases above Jupiter. . NASA navigators are helping build a future where spacecraft could safely and autonomously fly themselves to destinations like the Moon and Mars. Navigators today tell a spacecraft where to go by calculating its position from Earth and sending the location data to space in a two-way relay system that can take anywhere from minutes to hours to deliver directions. This method of navigation means that no matter how far a mission travels through the solar system, our spacecraft are still tethered to the ground, waiting for commands from our planet. • Credit: @nasa#astronomy#hubble#universe#roskosmos#constellation#cosmology#nasa#cosmos#creation#interstellar#universe#space#nasabeyond#science#nature#hubbletelescope#hubblehangout#galaxy
