This is a great first step in changing your life for the better. Within the next year I will be going through a lot of different experiences and something that is really important for my success is time. Time to study, time to train, and time to develop current and new friendships. I complain about not having time but spend hours a day on my smart phone. I am submitting this post for the #nophoneforayear#contest put on by @vitaminwater and @cocacola company.
