This is a great first step in changing your life for the better. Within the next year I will be going through a lot of different experiences and something that is really important for my success is time. Time to study, time to train, and time to develop current and new friendships. I complain about not having time but spend hours a day on my smart phone. 3rd day of Srolov squat program 6x5@75% feeling pretty good. Using these next 6 weeks to build strength in the squat. Thanks @iamtomsroka for the program.
