All this pomp & pangentry for me & just because I got to my first aerobics class in 4 months? Alas no, His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent is visiting the church & the police weren't checking I was using proper technique in my squats, they were checking that us ladies in the church hall weren't going to present any risk to the royal visitor.
I'm not sure this is the best if my 2018 but I have to say, when you look back over a year of making it's interesting to see how ideas develop. I have enjoyed making these pots more than I ever imagined & can't wait to get back in the studio. Happy New Year and happy making for 2019!
One week post-op & I'm going stir crazy not being able to get in the studio. I'm sure Christmas will be a distraction & my resident teenager has been great getting out my baking ingredients & lifting things into the oven so at least I can bake! These cake stands have gone to Passiflora's in Crowland along some other mugs & vases & I'm really hoping they will end up as a Christmas gift for someone special. #lincolnshirepotter#handmadecakestands#handmadechristmas#stoneware
It's cold & wet outside but I'm surrounded by twinkle lights & floral mugs. I'm also swearing a lot as I thread & knot strings for Christmas decorations - I probably shouldn't mention that though! #handmadechristmas#stoneware#inspiredbyflowers#handmademug#lincolnshirepotter#lincolnshiremaker
