This time we have something special from @johnniewalkerus, The Johnnie Walker Penicillin #JohnnieWalker#JohnnieWalkerPartner RECIPE: Johnnie Walker Penicillin 1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 3/4 oz Honey-ginger syrup* 1/4 oz (or spritz top) Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky Preparation: Rocks glass over ice – preferably large square Kold Draft cube Garnish: Candied ginger *Honey-Ginger Syrup Combine 1 cup honey, a 6-inch piece of peeled and thinly sliced ginger, and 1 cup water in a saucepan over high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Place in the refrigerator to steep overnight. Strain with a cheesecloth.
