Gelato brings a smile and many new opportunities. Our Alice Vignoli met Silvia and Pier from Gelateria Artis, the first social gelato shop in Milan. The project was born about five years ago thanks to the commitment of the Diapason Social Cooperative and since then it has hosted people with disabilities in its staff who engage in gelato, pastry and coffee activities every day.
