Full of equality (@arealfeminist_) — Hi all me and my friend wanted to make a genuine feminist account, you know standing for equality unlike the biggest feminist account here.
Hello, you guys don't yet know my name so our departure won't be that hard. So I'm the more fancy owner, the one with the ~ in their posts. And I am no longer going to post on this account because the other owner (the one thats more casual) and I have had an argument that we won't be recovering from and I'm not going to end this in a typical "I send lots of love their way" because there is no longer any love to send. So bye and I hope everyone has a nice day. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Sorry for the horrendous cropping, I wanted to jump onto this before my partner to get my say (sorry E), in this day and age feminisim seems to be more like this. And I am not saying that feminisim is bad, intersectional feminisim is great in my opinion, and when feminisim branches out onto developing countries, thats when the true meaning shines through. But the internet almost forces a belief down your throat, saying that "if you aren't a feminist you're a awful person" but in real life if you acted like most "activist" accounts did when they met someone with a differing opinion you'd be looked down upon because of how immature you are. Which is the point of this post, you aren't an awful person because you're not a feminist, you're entitled to your own beliefs and nobody has the right to make you feel lesser than because you don't share the public belief. Like when it comes to things like sexuality, racisim, sexisim. Theres always something to it otherwise there wouldn't be followers of that belief, its not the right belief but neither is the one everyone else forces upon you. I'm not excusing racism, sexisim, or homophobia, if you act disrespectful to someone because of their race/sex/sexual orientation/gender then you're awful, you can still show them respect without respecting them. But if you immediately hate someone because their beliefs without the reasoning then you're just as bad. And this is a very controversial statement to make, but I, a feminist believe everyone has a voice and even if someone doesn't like what you're saying you are entitled to have that voice and express it. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ #feminisim#equality#feminist#feminine#masculine#sex#gender#feminisim#oppression#thirdwaveoffeminism#thefutureisequal#thefutureisnow#safespace
Hi y'all. So I hAte the wage gap argument. It's been proven that the studies that research this stuff don't include high paying jobs or other such things that I can't remember at the moment. Yes the wage gap was real at one point but it's not around anymore. -Getop
Hello lovelies, I found this image on many other accounts and thought it was a perfect representation of what feminisim is, and it's easy to understand and very simplistic! Anyways, I feel obligated to explain some research I've been doing. Contrary to popular beliecontrary to popular belief, feminisim was a concept made by a French philosopher named Charles Fourier, and it was called feminisim because he believed women were treated as "slaves" and were heavily objectified, and feminism was created to change that and allow women to access more rights such as voting, owning land, etc. So if any misogonysts or misandrists stumblr upon our account and state that "feminisim isn't about equality it's about females having equal rights." The concept of feminisim was created by a man who was able to see the oppression women faced and it sprouted from the seed of equal rights, not a entitlement to having more privellege which would potentially cause a similar power imbalance. Anyways, have a nice day! ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ #feminisim#equality#feminist#feminine#feminisim#oppression#thirdwaveoffeminism#thefutureisequal#thefutureisnow#safespace
I know I said what this account is for and I shouldn't complain too much but seriously why do so many feminists focus on women? Third wave feminism is meant to be about the sexes being equal and instead it seems to turn more to women than both sides. I'm okay with the occasional female or male post but when it becomes on long line of posts about females or males it gets annoying. Have a good night everyone -Getop (how I shall let people know the difference between the two admins on here, even tho we have different speech styles and she's got that wiggly line thing)
There is so much wrong with this, yes periods are extremely painful but so many misandrists (who claim to be feminists then hate on men, and I mean HATE on men in a harsh way) state that they can't express their emotions. I know this is supposed to be a joke and such but people say this in real life and it negatively impacts men. C'mon feminisim is not just for women anymore, it's for men. It's allowing men to express how they feel and being feminine. Feminisim means equality. This image represents how many men have been brushed aside because they're supposed to be "macho" and this is where toxic masculinity sprouts from. And don't get me wrong, men do this too. Both genders are an offender in this, so both men and women need to learn from this. Lots of love everyone and have a good day. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ #feminisim#equality#feminist#feminine#feminisim#oppression#thirdwaveoffeminism#thefutureisequal#thefutureisnow#safespace
Okay so this account was made because me and my friend are too sick of seeing feminist accounts (the biggest one on this site) being sexist and blatantly one sided. Feminism is for men and women, not about focusing on women anymore like it used to be. Feminists should stand for men speaking out about their problems and women speaking out about theirs, NOT women justifying men's pain because of the years of sexism their ancestors faced. Also the second picture is basically an example of what feminism isn't. The first is the second isn't should've mentioned that earlier (Credit to whoever made these cuz Idk who did)
