Same location about 6 months earlier. This time with an Olympus OM-10 on Kodak T-Max 400 that I pushed a stop. Again in Kodak HC-110 using dilution B. I used to love pushing film. 400 to 800 is nothing. You donโ€™t even have to adjust your development really. But I used to regularly shoot 400 speed Tri-X at 1600. Always wanted more grain and contrast. #35mm

Last look from the Alaskan Way Viaduct this past Saturday. I used to commute on it to/fro daily for over a year when I lived in West Seattle and worked in Ballard. Hated the traffic but always loved the view. A common sentiment for sure. Itโ€™ll be missed. โœŒ๐Ÿผ#hwy99#alaskanwayviaduct

Itโ€™s not often that Seattle sees much more than a dusting of quickly melted snow. So when 6โ€ fell over Sunday night and my office announced it would be closed on Monday, we made use of the quiet city and took a stroll. Do me a favor and watch this on YouTube (link in profile) and maybe even subscribe? ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ Thanks.

Mount Rainier from the Sumner Valley - late 2008. 135 Fuji Pro 800Z through my Mamiya RB67 at f/16 for 2 minutes. I only did this technique a couple times, running 35mm film through a medium format camera. Itโ€™s pretty fun exposing the entire strip, sprockets and all, but I remember loading, winding, and then scanning the film was rather tedious.

I recently logged into my Flickr to find a particular photo from yesteryear I wanted to reference and was notified that my photos were at risk of deletion. I hadnโ€™t uploaded in years and I guess the website is clearing space. I did a quick Google and found a way to download my entire account and Iโ€™m going to start posting some deep cuts from way back. 01.2009 This particular photo was shot down in the Sumner valley at a house I poked around in a lot as a young man. I probably shot 3-4 dozen frames of film over the course of a few years. This photo was shot with a Vivitar Ultra Wide & Slim. One of the most lo-fi cameras I ever used. Actually less tech than a disposable camera because it didnโ€™t have a flash. The focal length says 22mm but it definitely feels wider. Most of my rolls from this camera have frames with my right hand fingers protruding into the frame. It produces pretty intense vignette and soft corners. Might have to dust this little guy off.
